Thrash metal pioneers Dark Angel have announced a massive run of 2025 dates across Europe and North America. The tour kicks off on August 1, 2025, in Athens, Greece.
The European leg, titled Darkness Descends on Europe, is a heartfelt tribute in memory of founding guitarist Jim Durkin. This run includes several major festival appearances, such as Brutal Assault (Czech Republic), Alcatraz (Belgium), and Leyendas Del Rock (Spain).
Following the European dates, the Dark Angel Tour will launch its North American campaign, the Extinction Level Event tour. This stacked package features a rotating lineup of thrash legends, including Sacred Reich, Vio-Lence, Hirax, Midnight, Interceptor, and Void. The tour will storm major cities including New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Dallas.
